At our school, we offer 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, 300-hour, and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Philosophy, and Teaching Methodology.
