Where can I pickup my order?
If you've chosen to pickup your order, you can collect it from our warehouse at Unit 4/159-163 Penshurst St, Beverly Hills NSW 2209. We are open between 9am - 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays. We will contact you when your order is ready.
How quickly can you dispatch?
Orders for labels often arrive between 2-4 working days from the purchase date. Delivery times may vary based on order quantities, however most label orders are manufactured and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders such as printers and equipment may arrive between 2-5 working days in metro areas. But these times can vary when in high demand, so we keep our customers updated once an order is placed.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer a $20 shipping rate for Sydney metro, and $30 for orders outside of Sydney. If you have chosen to pickup from our warehouse, your delivery cost is free.
