Kelida Homes Pty Ltd, established in 1993 by a dynamic father-and-son-in-law duo, has been dedicated to turning your renovation dreams into reality for over two decades. Led by Andrew Mead, a craftsman with a passion for preservation and construction, Kelida Homes has earned a reputation for excellence, transparency, and client satisfaction.

Andrew Mead: A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Andrew Mead embarked on his journey in 1979 when he commenced a four-year apprenticeship as a carriage builder for the State Rail Authority. After successfully completing his apprenticeship in 1982, he spent the next ten years meticulously crafting historical timber carriages by hand. Many of these exquisite carriages found a permanent home at the Thirlmere Railway Museum, a testament to Andrew’s commitment to preserving history.

In 1991, Andrew brought his artisan skills to the building industry, becoming a qualified carpenter, licensed builder, and supervisor. His dedication to the craft and relentless pursuit of excellence have made him a trusted figure in the field.
