What warranty do you provide?
Unless specified otherwise, items carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Australian Consumer Law guarantees also apply (repair, refund or replacement depending on the issue).
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours to (03) 9510 4990; claims after that window are treated as warranty claims.

Can you visit my home to measure and advise before I order?
Yes. We can do an in-home measure and style consult to confirm dimensions, flow, and light before finalising your design and quote.
Do you offer fabric and timber samples I can take home?
Absolutely. Borrow fabric swatches and timber/stain chips for 3–5 days to see them in your lighting; extended loans available on request with a small refundable deposit.
