Dr Caroline Hoggenmueller

Caroline is an Obstetrician Gynaecologist with a passion for women’s health and a keen interest in supporting women through all stages of life. Caroline is able to see private patients at two convenient locations in the north of Melbourne being Northpark Private Hospital in Bundoora & Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg.

Caroline graduated from the Technical University of Munich in Germany and undertook her Specialist training at Mercy Hospital for Women, Ballarat Base Hospital and Sunshine Hospital in the west of Melbourne. There she acquired extensive experience in the management of high-risk pregnancies, deliveries of first-time mothers, as well as women carrying twins and multiple pregnancies. Her Gynaecology skills also became her strength while working in multidisciplinary hospital units. Her interest in improving her surgical skills made her pursue advanced laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive keyhole surgery. She is privileged to have learned from some of the best Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in Melbourne, Victoria.
