Eminence Care is committed to helping individuals build independence, maintain wellbeing and participate more fully in everyday life. Our care services cover respite care, aged care and TAC support, community nursing, therapeutic assistance and personal care. We also offer development and life skills programs, shared living and daily task support, plus SIL, SDA, ILO, MTA and STA options for people with disability. Additional services include out-of-hospital and palliative care, exercise physiology personal training, household and gardening assistance, day and after-school programs, and social and community participation with transport. Support is delivered with dignity, flexibility and care.
