Q How long do the meals last?

Our meals are snap frozen in high grade Microwave and Freezer safe containers that can last for more than (twelve) 12 months when frozen and stored correctly.

Q Are your meals Halal?

Our suppliers and wholesalers source products that are Halal certified. Some of our meals contain Pork and Pork products such as Bacon, Shortenings, Stocks, and Gelatines. Please read the list of food items in meals to be sure of Halal certification. Or alternatively, contact us to find out more.

Q Where do you deliver?

We deliver far and wide to a large number of postcodes in Victoria. We deliver Daily to Melbourne Metro and outer suburbs and weekly to our rural customers. For more information visit our ‘Delivery Information’ page or contact us.

Q When do you deliver, and do I need to be home?

We deliver between 8am – 4pm each weekday to Melbourne Metro and outer suburbs. The meals are placed at your front door and are delivered in weatherproof packaging which will maintain correct temperature for up to four (4) hours. So, there is no requirement for you to be at home or awake. Your meals will be required to be stored correctly within that four (4) hour time frame. You will then receive a notification of your meal delivery.

Q How is the food delivered?

The meals are wrapped in weatherproof insulated foil bags with ice packs to keep their temperature stable and then boxed up and delivered in a food-safe vehicle to your door. Orders have been tested and are safe to remain in initial delivery packaging for up to four (4) hours. Meals must be refrigerated or frozen in this time frame.

Q Can I cancel my order?

If your order is purchased and cancelled in writing prior to 4 pm the following day prior to delivery; then yes of course your order can be cancelled. If your order is not cancelled prior to this time, then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled as it would already be packaged in preparation for delivery.

Q How can I cancel my order?

Your order will need to be cancelled in writing. You can call us to cancel immediately, however, this will need to be followed up in writing for our consumer policy and tracking procedures.

Q Do I need to cook or prepare the food?

Absolutely not. We will do this for you. All you will need to do is heat and eat.

Q What if I live in a secure apartment complex, can my meals be delivered?

This is not a problem. We have many customers who live in apartments, units or gated communities. Simply place thorough details and info on your order form at the checkout will and leave the rest to us.

Q How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by proceeding through the cart and checkout or you can place an order via email and pay over the phone. Alternatively, you can order over the phone and pay at the same time.

Q Will all my meals ordered be delivered at once?

Yes, guaranteed. All the items that are ordered will be delivered in the same delivery. We are only human, if we make a mistake, let us know and we will get it to you ASAP.

Q Do you provide gluten free options?

All our meals are produced, stored, and packaged using the same facility so we cannot guarantee that our foods are 100% gluten free. Please feel free to get in contact with us via email to discuss further.

Q Are your meals suitable for people with nut allergies?

Yes, all meals come with nutritional tables and a table of contents which outlines all ingredients in that specific meal and it also outlines all allergens in that specific meal too. So rest assured, if you order something that say’s its nut or allergen free. It will be. Get in contact with us to discuss what foods are nut or allergen free.

Q What to do If I am missing an item from my order?

All our orders are checked on packing and then again on distribution to ensure all items are accounted for. On the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order please get in contact with us and you will receive a refund for that meal or deliver it the next business day.

You absolutely can. You can place an order by doing either.
