We’re Montessori Care, and we provide in-home aged care and disability support across Sydney, NSW. Our focus is simple: help people stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible at home, with care that fits who they are (not the other way around).
Truth is, we’ve seen it all.
On any given week we might be doing personal care, domestic assistance, in-home nursing care, or coordinating allied health services. We also help with community connection, social support, and transport — including NDIS transport services — because getting out and about can be the difference between “okay” and actually feeling like yourself again.
And sometimes it’s the small stuff that matters most… a tidy kitchen, a hand with the garden, patching up a loose gate, or home maintenance so things don’t slowly slide.
We also support families with in-home respite care, supported independent living, and early childhood intervention for little ones who need that extra steadiness. There was this one client who just wanted to make it to the local café again and we started planning around that, then the weather turned and… anyway.
