Obe is an organizational structure. It’s a way to build content around activities that lead to revealing the proficiency of a specific skill, knowledge, or abilities. The concepts of mastery-based learning are included in what is OBE (outcomes-based education), OBE is a version of education that rejects the traditional focus on what the school provides to students. OBE is the process that focuses on what to be learned.
