A small boutique distillery, situated on the sea swept entrance to Port Phillip bay. We distill all our spirits in a traditional method using a copper pot still built in Griffith, NSW. Located Underground in an old beer and spirit cellar at the Queenscliff Brewhouse (formally the Esplanade), you can see our still working away from day to day. Our cellar door is open 7 days to try our range of spirits above ground in the “Tastes of the Region” room.
We make 3 core gins. A Dry, Citrus & Navy. Using a sugar base our Gins lean on the sweeter side and use a unique blend of botanicals that set them apart. We hand zest our fruit and botanicals, hand bottle & label, making sure only the best product is put to market.
